Traffic Scheme at Vamenta Blvd. and Masterson Avenue, this City
Please be advised of the DRY RUN implementation of the New Traffic scheme for No Left Turn at the junction of Vamenta Boulevard and Masterson Avenue and its vicinity starting FEBRUARY 5, 2026, respectively;
Please Take Note: Simultaneous Flashing of TRAFFIC LIGHTS from 6:00AM to 9:00AM along Velez- Fernandez, Velez- Chavez and Velez- Abejuela shall be in effect.
1. NO LEFT TURN
a. Along Eastbound of Masterson Avenue to Vamenta Boulevard.
(6:00AM – 9:00AM and 3:00PM – 7:00PM) Monday thru Saturday Except Holidays)
b. Along Southbound of Vamenta Boulevard to Kagay-an bridge.
(6:00AM – 9:00AM and 3:00PM – 7:00PM) Monday thru Saturday
Except Holidays)
c. No left turn shall be implemented along Eastbound of Concordio Diel Street to Villarin Street, From 6:00AM – 9:00AM. (Monday to Friday except holidays)
2. NO PARKING
a. Implementation of existing National law as mandated by DPWH DO 073, 2014 that all National Roads are strictly prohibited from parking with the road right of way (RROW).
3. NO STOPPING ANYTIME
a. No stopping anytime shall be implemented along Masterson Avenue right side, facing East from overpass up to Kagay-an bridge
4. NO U – TURN ANYTIME
a. No U-turn anytime shall be implemented along Kagay-an bridge on both direction bounded by Vamenta Boulevard and Rodelsa Circle (Rotonda).
5. PUBLIC UTILITY JEEP REROUTING
a. All PUV’s going Ysalina bridge passing Masterson Avenue shall proceed towards Kagay-an bridge, U-turn at Rodelsa Circle and back to Vamenta Boulevard and proceed to its destination.
Please be guided accordingly and be alert on the road at all times for less hassles.
