Exciting developments are underway in Uptown Cagayan de Oro with the rise of Manresa Town, a 14.3-hectare mixed-use township envisioned as the city's own Bonifacio Global City (BGC).
This ambitious project is a collaboration between Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) and Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan, aiming to create a vibrant university town adjacent to the future Xavier University Masterson Campus.
