Dear Valued Unit Owners and Residents,

Please be informed that the Department of Health, in collaboration with the Cainta

Rural Health Unit 1, will be conducting its Annual Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity with Vitamin A supplementation.

This activity will be held at the Clubhouse Area on June 13, 2026 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN, and is exclusively open to TCV residents.

The program targets children aged 6–59 months old who will be provided with the Measles-Rubella vaccine and Vitamin A supplementation, regardless of their previous vaccination or supplementation history.

We encourage all concerned residents to participate in this important health initiative for the protection and well-being of their children.

Dear Valued Unit Owners & Residents,

Please be informed that, due to the ongoing procurement of replacement parts required for the repair and restoration of Passenger Elevator 1 (PE-1) servicing Clusters 16/18, a temporary operational adjustment will be implemented.

As an temporary measure to partially restore elevator service and minimize inconvenience to residents, PE-1 will temporarily bypass the 2nd and 3rd floors while awaiting the arrival and installation of the necessary replacement parts. The expected lead time for the required parts is approximately one (1) week, from June 9 to June 17, 2026. During this period, the elevator will continue to operate with the temporary floor bypass arrangement.

This temporary arrangement will remain in effect until the necessary materials have been received and the corresponding repair works have been completed. Normal elevator operations, including service to the 2nd and 3rd floors, will be restored once the elevator has been fully repaired, tested, and confirmed safe for operation.

Residents who may require assistance, particularly senior citizens, persons with mobility concerns, or those carrying heavy items, may coordinate with the Administration Office or on-duty personnel for assistance.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and greatly appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation as we work diligently to restore full elevator service at the soonest possible time.

Please be advised that Thursday, June 11, 2026, has been declared a Special Non Working Holiday in the Province of Rizal pursuant to Proclamation No. 1287.

Likewise, Friday, June 12, 2026, in observance of Philippine Independence Day, has been declared a Regular Holiday pursuant to Proclamation No. 1006.

In view of the above, the Property Management Office will be closed on the said dates. Regular office operations will resume on Saturday, June 13, 2026.

Dear Valued Unit Owners and Residents,

Please be reminded that all cluster parking owners and tenants must strictly comply with the condominium parking rules and regulations.

It has been observed that some parking slots are being occupied by more than one vehicle, exceeding the allowable parking capacity, as well as motorcycles being illegally parked in general common areas, including roads, walkways, alleys, driveways, and ramps.

In view of this, please be advised that Notices of Violation for illegal parking will be issued to unit owners and tenants who fail to comply with the established parking regulations.

Please take note of the following:
- Only one (1) vehicle is allowed per parking slot.
- Vehicles extending beyond the yellow parking line will be considered illegally parked.
- Parking slots are limited to an area of 12.5 square meters only, as stipulated in the Contract to Buy and Sell Agreement.

We kindly request everyone’s cooperation in maintaining order and ensuring that parking spaces are properly utilized for the convenience and safety of all residents.

Dear Valued Unit Owners & Residents,

Please be informed that the elevator at Cluster 12 PE-2 will be temporarily shut down from 8:30 AM to
5:30 PM on June 4, 2026, due to recurring mantrap incidents observed during recent operations.

Based on the recommendation of the accredited contractor conducting the monthly Preventive
Maintenance Service (PMS), several elevator components identified for replacement will be addressed
during the shutdown period as part of the corrective and preventive maintenance works.

While the effectiveness of the replacement will be validated upon completion and testing, the
recommended component replacements are necessary to facilitate proper system correction and further
diagnosis of the issue.

The contractor has been instructed to carry out the required works and conduct comprehensive postmaintenance
testing to ensure the elevator operates safely and reliably before service is resumed.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation while these essential maintenance activities are
being undertaken.
Additionally, standby personnel will be available throughout the shutdown period to provide assistance,
particularly to occupants and personnel handling heavy loads or requiring special support.

Please be informed that the supplier will commence the installation and replacement of elevator door
system and control-related components for Cluster 12 PE-2 from May 28 to May 30, 2026 (7:00 PM to
5:00 AM), which will result in the temporary shutdown of the elevator unit during the scheduled activity
period.

During the activity period, temporary interruptions and limited access to the affected elevator unit may be
