Qualifications:
-Candidate preferably possesses a Bachelor's/College Degree in Hotel Restaurant Management, Tourism, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communication and Marketing.
-Familiar with Basco Batanes area.
-Candidate should possess good communication skills, computer literate: Excel and Word
-Experience in Hotel is a big advantage
-Applicants must be willing to work in Basco, Batanes
Job Description
-Assist our guest with their accommodation bookings, logistics and mobilize the housekeeping team, as needed.
-Respond to all telephone calls, inquiries, request and complains.
-Coordinate client calls with appropriate departments or vendors.
-Ensure that facilities and utilities are fully functioning and ensures tracking and maintenance of the facility repair history.
