MREIT, Inc.’s upward growth trajectory continues with revenues increasing by 15% to P3.1B for the first nine months of 2023, boosted by increased income contributions from its new assets including the four newly-acquired Grade A office towers and continued rental escalations of existing tenants. Distributatble income, meanwhile, is also up by 13% to P2.1B.

We are confident that this strong growth and performance will be sustained as MREIT continues to enjoy an above average occupancy rate of 95%, while its portfolio will be further beefed up by 46% to 475,000 sqm. as the company moves closer to reaching its target of 500,000 sqm by the end of 2024.
