DATEM Pre-cast System
The production of structural and architectural elements such as beams, floor slabs, and external walls off-site,then assembling on-site, for a faster and higher quality output.
Specialized Formwork System
An innovative formwork method using MEVADEC to form slab forming, making the structure strong, non-hollow & more durable. This also eliminates the use of plastering for both wall & ceiling, allowing you to maximize the space of your DATEM Home.
DATEM Wallcrete
A stronger and more durable alternative to concrete hollow blocks used for interior wall partitions. Its method of application makes it non-hollow and more compact, which in turn makes the interior walls of your DATEM Home more resilient, eliminating sounds from neighboring units.
DATEM Stampcrete
A decorative concrete pavement used for the development entrance driveway and for the balconies of your DATEM Home. The concrete is “stamped” and patterned to resemble a certain finish, material, or texture.
Bulk Water Treatment System
A technology used to filter and remove impurities from water above/below ground turning the water in your DATEM Home potable & safe for drinking right from the tap.
Waste Water Treatment System
A technology used to remove biological & chemical waste products from the water you use, permitting use of treated water for another purpose or for clean disposal, making the water discharged from your DATEM Home environment friendly.
Solar Panel Technology
