WEE COMM: BEYOND ORDINARY
Wee Community Developers Inc. (WeeComm) is a dynamic real estate company founded by a group of young visionary developers who believe that project development should not be dictated by profit but by client satisfaction. Since 2008, WeeComm has been changing our cityscape with ”Beyond Ordinary” projects which includes The First Baron Residences, The Baron’s Place, The Baron Gardens, and Baron Tower in San Juan, as well as Centro Residences, and Centro Tower in Quezon City.
We envision ourselves as the premier developer of Beyond Ordinary homes for all. Our company will continue to strive towards innovative designs to elevate our projects above the rest. At WeeComm we always say, “Wee walk the talk, mean what Wee say and say what Wee mean” this, is the WeeComm way.
Being beyond ordinary does not only apply to WeeComm's projects but also in the way they do business. Mr. Wee Lee Hiong, founder of WeeComm, has made multiple community focused donations in Zamboanga. His wife, Mrs. Rosalind Wee was granted the Pearl S. Buck International Woman of the Year award back in 2009, which is considered to be one of the highest distinctions in philanthropy and public service. Amongst those who have also been awarded this prize are: former First Lady of the United States Barbara Bush, former mayor or Olongapo City Amelia Gordon, and former President of the Philippines Corazon Aquino.
Continuing in this tradition are co-founders, Cesar L. Wee Jr. and Kenneth Christian T. Yap II, whom have both served as former officers of JCI Pinaglabanan and Ortigas Chapters respectively. During their tenures, both have focused on their advocacies of helping children in need. In addition to this, along with our current COO, Carson T. Choa, Cesar had also worked for Property Company of Friends (PRO-friends), which is a low-to-mid end housing developer, who also works closely with Gawad Kalinga.
From its beginnings as a small niche developer spun-off from the W group building and selling mid-rise condominiums of no more than 50 or 60 units, in the years following, WeeComm entered into high-rise condominiums, delivering close to 500 units through the Centro Tower, and Baron Tower projects.
Today WeeComm sets its sights on delivering the Grand Mesa Residences and the Harbour Park Residences as its two largest projects to date with a total combined delivery of over 1,700 units.

From selling mid-rise condominiums of no more than 50 or 60 units, in the years following, WeeComm then entered into high-rise condominiums, delivering close to 500 unites through the Centro Tower, and Baron Tower projects.
Today WeeComm has set its sight on delivering the Grand Mesa Residences and the Harbour Park Residences as its two largest projects to date with a total combined delivery of over 1700 units.
