TERMS & CONDITIONS – INSTAHOMES (PAYMENT TERM) PROMO
GENERAL MECHANICS
1. This Instahomes Promo is available for eligible residential units (MRB & HRB condominium and commercial units, house & lot, lots
only) sold by Filinvest Land, Inc. ("FLI") under the following financing schemes:
• Cash purchase;
• Deferred financing;
• Bank financing.
2. The promo period is from June 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024.
3. The promo is open to local buyers.
4. Buyers availing of and qualified for this promo shall be automatically enrolled into the Early Move-In program and be subject to the
specific terms and conditions.
5. The buyer must submit and accomplish the following requirements to FLI to avail of the promo:
• Completely filled and signed Purchase Application Form (PAF), with complete supporting requirements in order to be qualified for
booking within the promo period (Note: FLI reserves the right to accept and reject purchase applications at its discretio n
based on its review of submitted requirements listed herein in paragraph 5);
• Signed copies of this Promo Terms and Conditions and the Early Move-In Program terms and conditions to express understanding and
acceptance of its terms and conditions;
• Proof of reservation payment; and
• Copy of valid ID of Principal buyer.
6. For RFO units subject to bank financing, the final Letter of Guarantee (LOG) shall be submitted to FLI no later than two (2) months
before full payment of the downpayment for the unit. Failure to submit the said LOG shall be a ground for FLI to cancel the unit
purchase.
7. FLI will include bank fees in computing the purchased unit's Total Contract Price (TCP) as part of the promo.
8. As part of the promo for condominium units, FLI will spread the collection of the Turn-over Fees throughout the downpayment
period.
9. Condominium parking slots booked together with residential condominium units eligible under this promo shall be entitled to the
extended down payment terms applicable to the purchased unit. Accordingly, parking slots bought separately from condominium
units are excluded from this promo, unless otherwise stated in writing.
10. Requests for transfer of property, assignment of rights, unit upgrade or downgrade, or financing scheme changes involving the unit
subject of the promo is not allowed and will result to retroactive disqualification from the promo and removal or reversal of all
benefits availed under the promo, reduction of discount, and payment of processing and other fees.
11. By signing below, the buyer freely and voluntarily consents to the collection, use, and processing of his/her personal information
relating to the promo, including the sharing thereof for purposes of FLI’s advertisements and publicity materials; provided, that the
collection, use, processing and sharing of personal information is in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act No. 1017 3,
otherwise known as the “Data Privacy Act of 2012”, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and such guidelines and other pertinent
issuances by the National Privacy Commission.
12. The decision of FLI on any issue related to the application, terms, conditions, mechanics, and requirements of this promo and its
implementation shall be final.
13. The buyer shall not be entitled to avail of other FLI promos in conjunction with this promo.
