LOOK || BAYTOWN PALAWAN, Megaworld’s soon-to-be “lifestyle estate” in Puerto Princesa City
Megaworld and its subsidiary, Suntrust Properties, Inc., will develop the ₱7 billion Baytown Palawan on this prime six-hectare plot along Puerto Princesa South Road.
The property giant intends to initiate land development (near ACE Hospital) this year and anticipates completing the construction within a five-year timeframe.
Baytown Palawan marks Megaworld's 31st township development in the country, featuring residential condominiums, hotels, and retail establishments.
