Anderson’s Private Resort

So sad to say that Anderson Private Resort may stop operating for the meantime until further notice starting soon. Some of the main reasons are, customers who’s stealing some of our stuff at the resort. The latest one was the remote of the AC at one of our bedrooms, we really don’t know if they took it as a remembrance but still considered as stealing. (Kung d sinasadyang maiuwi, please lang pakibayaran dahil umordered na kami online) D kami makakapag accept ng guest kung wala kaming remote ng AC. Then we have some customers actually they might called sabit lang to the person who paid for the resort na sila pa ang mas maligalig. Ayaw ng customer na naglilinis kami ng area kc nandito pa sila. Instructions ko sa caretaker na maglinis linis ng paligid sa umaga kung sobrang dugyot ng mga customer na feeling nila e nsa squatters area sila. I want the area to be looked clean/presentable para pag nag picture sila e malinis naman tingnan sa picture. May mga customer na pag sinasaway sila gaya nung isa na inilabas ang mic at sa pool area pa nakanta, sinaway ko kc pag nahulog Ang mic sa pool at nakuryente ang mga naliligo e sa amin pa ito isisisi. Ayaw ng iba na may nalabas sa pool area like caretaker. Ang tanong paano papalitan ang tubig sa pool at paano kayo aasikasuhin sa mga needs nyo kung ayaw nyong nakikita ang caretaker sa paligid. Remember din na importante ang lifeguard kaya sa cctv kami lagi ay nakabantay sa pool area. D kami natingin sa cctv kung may maganda ba or pangit kc may isang nag comment sa Google Maps na wala daw privacy kc maraming cctv 🤦🏻 We have CCTV for our protection and not para videohan kung anong mga pinaggagagawa nyo habang lasing kayo. May nag asked kc before gusto kc nila makita kung ano daw pinaggagagawa nila sa cottage habang lasing. There are times na hinahanapan kami ng mga cellphone na nawawala, hinahanapan na may kasamang pang bibintang kaya jan sa cctv namin nalalaman na mga kasama pala nila ang mga kumukuha. Ilan lang to sa mga dahilan kung bakit ayaw na muna naming mag operate. Pinaka matindi dito yung pag sinabing hanggang 10pm lang ang karaoke at 25 lang ang maximum, sobra-sobra pa ang mga ininvite. Dahil sa inyo mawawalan ng trabaho ang caretaker. Makunsensya sana kayo…

Sa mga inquiries po, para mabilis po ang usapan just include if what date, how many pax and anong oras po ang check in at check out. Always remember na hanggang max of 25pax lang po ang pwede. Maraming salamat po.

Dear Guest,

Kung gagamit po sana ng tape or any pandikit sa resort, please make it sure na matatanggal po agad. Ilang araw na po naming tina tried na tanggalin yan kaso po yung pinturang itim ay natatanggal din po. May customer po kami before, glue gun ang ginamit sa glass door ng cottage po, until now d pa rin po namin matanggal tanggal yung mga natitira po. Please be considerate naman po sana. We are trying to make our place looks so nice and clean po always, kaya sana po mag sabi kung anong pandikit ang inyong gagamitin po.
