Broker Red Flags Before You Reserve 🚩

Bago matapos ang August, here’s a reminder for every buyer: Hindi porket maganda ang offer, okay na agad mag-reserve.

Before you commit, check who you are dealing with. Ask for the broker’s license, developer accreditation, written computation, official payment channels, and clear explanation of fees, requirements, and refund terms.

A trusted real estate transaction should never feel rushed, unclear, or purely based on verbal promises. Sa property buying, hindi lang presyo ang chine-check. Dapat malinaw ang tao, dokumento, at proseso.

Before ka mag-reserve, check mo muna kung bagay talaga sa buhay mo yung location.

Laguna, Cavite, and Rizal all have potential. Pero lahat din sila may downside.

May lugar na malapit pero bahain.
May mura pero mahirap i-resell.
May mataas ang value pero mabigat sa commute, toll, or monthly budget.

Kaya hindi sapat na “maganda yung project” or “mura yung monthly.”

Check first:
✓ Flood history ng exact street
✓ Distance sa fault line
✓ Elevation and drainage
✓ Work location and daily travel
✓ Resale or rental potential
