Formulate and execute aggressive sales and digital marketing strategies tailored to target demographics, focusing heavily on Mediterranean House and Lot in Calamba, and other Horizontal Projects in Silang Cavite, Dasma and Sto. Tomas and Lipa Batangas.

Network:
Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate accounts, and overseas Filipino investor networks.

Proven Track Record: A documented history of hitting multi-million property sales targets and top-producer status. Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, managing pipeline velocity and ensuring high conversion rates.

Strong Entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional Sales capabilities, master-level negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of modern digital lead generation.
