We get this question a lot, kaya heto ang clear na sagot:

1. Protected area po ito
Little Boracay is part of a marine protected zone, kaya kailangan natin itong alagaan. Overnight stays can harm the environment β€” lalo na ang corals at marine life na sensitive sa basura, noise, at lights.

2. Walang tamang facilities for overnight
Walang kuryente, tubig, CR, or proper shelter sa isla. Mahirap kung may emergency sa gabi.

3.Bawal talaga as per LGU at DENR rules
May clear policy po ang local government at DENR: strictly day use only ang lugar. This is to keep tourism sustainable β€” para ma-enjoy din ng next visitors ang ganda ng lugar.

4. Para sa kaligtasan n’yo rin
Kapag gabi, walang ilaw at walang rescue teams on standby. Mas risky, at ayaw naming mapahamak ang kahit sinong guest.

FYI po 😌

Kahit 2 pax lang ang sakay, may minimum rate pa rin ang floating cottage. Naiintindihan po namin na maaaring magmukhang mahal ito para sa kaunting tao, pero sana maunawaan na hindi po per head ang bayad sa floating cottage, kundi per unit – dahil may mga fixed costs po kami na kailangang sagutin kahit ilan lang ang guests.

Kasama sa minimum rate ang:

βœ…Permit mula sa LGU
βœ…Sweldo ng bangkero na magdadala sa inyo
βœ…Sweldo ng lifeguard na naka-assign sa dagat para sa inyong kaligtasan
βœ…Maintenance at paglilinis ng cottage
βœ…Operational costs para mapanatili ang serbisyo at kalinisan

Kaya kahit below 10 pax lang po kayo, pareho pa rin ang gastos namin para mapaandar ang buong operasyon ng cottage. Kung minsan, mas makakatipid ang guests kung sama-sama ang grupo, pero kahit kaunti lang po kayo, makakaasa kayo ng kumpletong serbisyo, safety, at privacy.
