Eunoia Kafés: An Exercise in Intentionality

In this reveal, we explore a project defined by total transformation. Taking a cavernous, blank-slate rental and imbuing it with a sense of permanence and history requires more than just décor—it requires a vision of architectural intentionality.

For Eunoia Kafés, the journey began with an empty shell. Every wall raised, every conduit run, and every finish applied was a deliberate step in manifesting a space that feels as though it has always belonged.

A Nod to the Matriarch
While Eunoia carves out its own distinct identity, its lineage is undeniable. We integrated a specific, lush green accent as a rhythmic tribute to its predecessor, Bean There Coffee House. This color isn't merely an aesthetic choice; it is a thread of continuity. By weaving the "Bean There Green" into an industrial-classical framework, we’ve honored the brand's heritage while allowing this new sister company to speak in a more sophisticated, architectural tongue.

The Dialogue of Design
The primary challenge of the brief was the reconciliation of worlds: Industrial, Greek, and Essentialist. To achieve a cohesive atmosphere, we focused on a design language where motifs do not compete, but rather converse. We moved away from the "trendy" to focus on the timeless, modernizing old-world architectural details through sharp, contemporary finishes.

Throughout the space, Greek influence is felt rather than forced. It appears in subtle, surprising geometries and reimagined classical figures all filtered through a modern lens. By stripping away the superfluous and leaning into a "less but better" philosophy, we ensured that every raw texture and refined pattern exists in a state of curated equilibrium.

Built with Purpose
In this studio, we believe that beauty is a byproduct of function and intent. In Eunoia Kafés, no fixture was placed by accident; no material was chosen without a reason. We have transformed a void into a sanctuary of "beautiful thinking," where every line and shadow serves the overarching narrative of the space.

The doors to Eunoia Kafés will be opening to the public soon. Stay tuned as we prepare to welcome you into this meticulously crafted experience.

The goal was to create a space that feels like a true retreat—minimalist, manly, and rooted in an industrial "man cave" aesthetic. By focusing on raw textures and clean lines, we kept the design straightforward and simple, yet layered with enough warmth to make it feel genuinely inviting.

At Lysh Interiors, we pride ourselves on matching our clients' goals with the perfect atmosphere.
For this project, it was all about balancing that rugged, industrial grit with a sophisticated, calm vibe where any gentleman would feel right at home.

Project Reveal: THE WIP 🍜🎨

A sanctuary for creativity and comfort has arrived. Lysh Interiors is thrilled to finally unveil the finished design for THE WIP—a space where intentional design meets the joy of making.

The vision for this project was to create a "new world" the moment you step through the doors. It is a space designed to let the outside noise fade away, replaced by a sense of lightness, freshness, and calm.

The Design Story 🎨
From a design perspective, the focus remained on "intentional lightness." By moving away from heavy textures and leaning into a soft, airy palette, the studio crafted an environment that feels weightless and refreshing. Every corner was curated with a whimsical touch, using open layouts and gentle accents to spark a sense of wonder. It is a design intended to make every visitor feel immediately at home and inspired.

A Digital Detox & Creative Outlet 🧩
THE WIP is the perfect backdrop for family dates, couple hangouts, or a creative afternoon with friends. It is a dedicated break from the digital world, offering a space to stay, play, and be present.

Opening Very Soon!
The finishing touches are being placed, and this beautiful space will be opening its doors to the Calbayog community very soon.

Our role was to craft a sanctuary that reflects our client's heartfelt wishes: a bright, airy environment with clean lines, yet undeniably cozy. Each detail was meticulously curated, from the diverse seating options designed for every occasion — whether working solo, sharing moments with friends, or simply unwinding — to the thoughtfully enclosed kitchen area that ensures an intimate culinary experience.

Couldn't resist to hop on the trend and see what our original 3D render designs look like in this cute AI-generated playful scale model of a stunning compound featuring two totally different but equally unique homes.
On one side, a Balinese villa-inspired 2-bedroom bungalow, and on the other, a sleek bachelor pad-inspired loft — each with its own unique vibe.
Despite their different design taste, we made sure they stand side by side in perfect harmony.

We're thrilled to present the stunning exterior transformation of Prudenciado Holdings Inc. (PHI)! As we highlight our final phase of this project, you'll see how we creatively enhanced the building's facade while respecting its existing structure.

Our approach was all about making thoughtful adjustments—pushing back the frontage to create additional parking space without compromising the integrity of the design. The right colors and materials have done wonders, proving that a simple shift can drastically impact a building’s ambiance and presence.

Stepping into the reception area, you'll find a perfect blend of simplicity and modernity. We've infused it with rich, moody tones and organic greenery to create a warm welcome that feels fresh and inviting.
