There are two types of rental problems nowadays 😅

1. The “JOY RENTER” — inquiry today, excited tomorrow, then suddenly… vanished into thin air. 👻😂
2. The “FAKE OWNER” — super cheap listing, rush downpayment, tapos pagdating mo… the unit doesn’t even exist. 🤡

With the cost of electricity, water, laundry, maintenance, and labor cost ng staff these days, sobrang baba ng presyo can sometimes be a “red flag”. If it’s too good to be true, doble ingat nalang.

So for guests:
Before getting too excited sa murang deal, always verify first before sending a downpayment. 🙏

And for owners:
Before celebrating a “sure booking,” secure the reservation first before the guest disappears. 😭🤣
