Last April 24, we celebrated Earth Day by diving deep into the laws that govern our environment and how they impact the world around us. This event was part of the corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives of PinkyGee Environmental Management Consultancy Services (PGEMCS), reinforcing our commitment to environmental awareness and sustainable practices.

Pinky Gee Environmental Management Consultancy Services is a registered business with the Department of Trade and Industry, holding Certificate of Business Registration No. 6624637 since December 16, 2024. We specialize in consultancy services related to all DENR permitting and compliance matters.

The CEO/Consultant is a Rural Development practitioner, represent the business and responsible for preparing Environmental Impact Assessments under Presidential Decree 1586. This includes applications for Environmental Compliance Certificates (ECCs), Certificates of Non-Coverage (CNC), Discharge Permits, and Permits to Operate with the DENR-Environmental Management Bureau, the Department of Energy, and relevant Local Government Units. Additionally, the Office prepare various plans and reports for development projects, such as the Social and Environmental Management Plan (SEMP), the Comprehensive Development Management Plan (CDMP) for SAPA applications, the Environmental Performance Report and Management Plan (EPRMP), the Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) for large projects, Self-Monitoring Reports, Compliance Monitoring Reports, Forest Land Use Plans, Solid Waste Management Plans, and others. With over 25 years of experience as a Planning/Project Development Officer and eight (8) years as Rural Development/Development Management Practitioner at the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, the CEO have been actively involved in planning and executing numerous environmental programs, activities, and projects.

Additionally, the firm offers training for Pollution Control Officer and Managing Head as well as Air Sampling and Water Analysis for industries.

Other services offered by the consultancy firm is assistance on land titling and surveying.

Presently, the consulting services have 3 staff composed of one (1) licensed Forester/GIS specialist and one (1) licensed Civil Engineer and one (1) administrative staff. The consulting firm is also in partnership with Licensed Environmental Planner and Geodetic Engineer.
