Ang opisina sa Register of Deeds adunay pagahimoon nga Handog - Titulo Program karon Marso 29, 2023 gikan 8:00am to 12:00 sa buntag ug 1:00pm to 5:00 sa hapon didto sa Cantilan Gym.

Ang Handog - Titulo Program is free. Libre ini, wayay bajaran sa pagkuha nan titulo.

Amo ini an mga kinahanglanon na dokumento nan Register of Deeds para sa pag release nan Titulo.

1. if claimants is the registered owner
a. Identification Card
b. Xerox copy of Identification Card

2. If claimants is the representative / or spouse of registered owner
a. Notarized Special Power of Attorney
b. Identification card of claimant
c. Xerox copy of Identification Card

3. If claimant is one of the Heirs of Deceased Registered Owner
a. Notarized Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate of the deceased registered owner with Special Power of Attorney signed by the Heir
b. Identification Card nan Heirs na magkuha sanan mag Xerox daan

4. If the claimants is the Sole Heir of the Deceased Registered Owner
a. Notarized Affidavit of Sole Heir / Deed of Self Adjudication
b. Identification Card ( Magpa Xerox daaan )

5. If claimant is the Buyer or Donee or Waivee
a. Notarized Deed of Sale or Deed of Donation or Waiver whichever is applicable
b. Identification Card ( Magpa Xerox daan )
