Ang CAPAS - Municipal Veterinary Office kasama ng Animal Kingdom Foundation (AKF), Philippine Animal Hospital Association (PAHA), at Philippine Veterinary Medical Association (PVMA) ay magsasagawa ng libreng castration (kapon) at spaying (ligate) para sa mga a*o at pusa sa ating bayan.

Hinihikayat po namen ang lahat ng ating mamamayan na magging Responsible Pet Owner. Mahalin at alagaan ang ating mga a*o at pusa. Huwag nating silang hayaang gumala, sila ay pabakunahan laban sa mga sakit tulad ng Rabies at sila ay ipakapon/ipa-ligate upang maiwasan ang labis nilang pagdami.

Paalala bago ang operasyon ng mga pets:
-Dapat hindi kumain o uminom ang inyong alaga ng kahit ano sa huling walong oras.
-Ang iyong pet ay dapat nasa mabuting kalusugan at walang sakit.
-Gumamit ng leash o cage upang maiwasan ang pagkagat o pagsisimula ng away.
