Pag-IBIG Fund has increased its maximum housing loan ceiling from previous limits to โ‚ฑ10 million per borrower as part of the governmentโ€™s Expanded 4PH housing program.

Officials said the move aims to help more middle-income and higher-earning Filipinos buy homes, particularly condominium units in Metro Manila and other urban areas.

Pag-IBIG said qualified borrowers may access financing for up to 30 years, with interest rates that may go as low as 5.75% annually depending on the chosen fixing period.
