On June 28, VSConcha Realty sales agents conducted a site orientation at PHirst Calamba West in Calamba, Laguna, as part of their continuous effort to strengthen their knowledge and understanding of the properties they offer to clients.

The orientation gave the sales agents an opportunity to personally explore the development, familiarize themselves with its house models, amenities, location, accessibility, and community features. Through firsthand experience, they gained valuable insights that can help them provide more accurate and comprehensive information to prospective homebuyers.

Beyond property familiarization, the site visit also served as a learning experience for the sales team. Being on-site allowed the agents to better understand the actual living experience that PHirst Calamba West can offer, enabling them to confidently communicate the project's features and benefits to clients.
