The acquisition of items is contingent upon mutual agreement between the Developer and Client. In accordance with the Developer's stipulated terms and conditions, the cost of these bought items, will be duly reflected in the final contract price or if applicable to additional works commissioned by client to the developer. It is important to note that through the purchase of items, clients are relinquishing the associated warranty coverage.
