For the information of everyone:

We would like to apologize for the seeming delay of the construction of units and drainage facility during the last few weeks. Please be informed that the workers were pulled-out and sent to Tacloban for 2 weeks to double-time and finish housing projects in time for the arrival of President Duterte during the commemoration program of Yolanda's 3rd year anniversary.

Moving forward, the National Housing Authority and our partner developer have committed and assured us that full-blast operations are to continue this week. In fact, the workers have already returned to the site and have began ground work. Pictures to be posted within the week.

We are pleased to announce that there will be an ORIENTATION SEMINAR FOR INTERESTED VILLA PAULA HOMEOWNERS WITH PAG-IBIG OFFICERS on DECEMBER 1, 2015, 10 AM at GSP BUILDING, Arteche Boulevard, Catbalogan
City, Samar.

We also would like to clarify that there is still a BIG CHUNK AVAILABLE for PAG-IBIG FUND YOLANDA PACKAGE and this is extended until 2017. There is no truth about the depletion of said fund and its expiration on the 1st quarter of 2016 as confirmed by our PAG-IBIG Fund Officers. Thank you!
