𝗠𝗛𝗢 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗢𝗩 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗙𝗜𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀

The Municipal Health Office of Cateel successfully participated in the Regional Mode of Verification (MOV) Review for the Healthy Workplace FITools On-Site Means of Verification conducted today, April 13, 2026.

This activity was carried out in collaboration with the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) Cateel, highlighting the strong partnership in promoting a safe, healthy, and supportive work environment for all employees.

The review process marks an important step in assessing the municipality’s compliance with the standards of the Healthy Workplace Program. The official rating and results are yet to be released.
MHO Cateel remains committed to strengthening workplace health initiatives and ensuring the well-being of all personnel.

As we raise our flag, we renew our dedication to serve with excellence and to work hand in hand for a stronger and more resilient Cateel.

PUBLIC ADVISORY

In observance of Holy Wednesday on April 1, 2026, the Municipality of Cateel informs all employees and the general public of the following work arrangements:
Work in the LGU offices shall be conducted on-site from 7:00 AM to 12:00 NOON only. Effective 12:01 PM onwards, work is hereby suspended.

However, offices and departments whose functions involve the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and the performance of other essential services shall continue their operations under the usual working arrangements and shall render the necessary services to the public.

Everyone is advised accordingly.

The Municipal Government of Cateel informs the public that Executive Order No. 20, Series of 2026, issued by Hon. Mayor Emilou C. Nuñez, adopts Memorandum Circular No. 114 mandating energy conservation measures in government offices.

As part of this initiative, the Municipal Government will implement a Compressed Workweek (Four-Day Workweek) for government employees to promote energy efficiency and reduce electricity and fuel consumption.

New Office Schedule (Effective March 12, 2026):
📅 Monday to Thursday
⏰ 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (10 hours per day)
❌ Fridays – Offices Closed

This schedule allows government employees to complete the standard 40-hour workweek within four days, enabling the closure of offices on Fridays to maximize energy savings.
Assurance of Continuous Public Services

The Municipality assures the public that essential and frontline services will remain fully operational despite the compressed workweek. The following offices will continue to provide uninterrupted services:

1. Municipal Health Office
2. Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (Emergency Response and Public Safety Unit)
3. Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office
5. Municipal Economic Enterprise Office (Market, Terminal, and Slaughterhouse)
4. Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (Garbage Collection Unit and Sand & Gravel Operations)

These offices will ensure that critical services to the public will not be disrupted.

The Municipal Government of Cateel encourages everyone to plan their transactions accordingly and supports this initiative toward energy conservation and environmental responsibility.
