Reminders:
1. Limited units lang po ‘to. So first come, first serve basis. STRICTLY, NO HOLDING OF UNITS.
2. Reservations for INNER UNITS shall be done at Lumina Tanza Site only. All transactions shall be done in Site Marketing Office po. Since we have new financing, it is important that the buyer is fully aware of the computations as well as our housing policies. We highly encourage that our clients shall undergo Marketing briefing. We usually experience po na pag nagkakaron ng re-open ng rowhouses, agent lang ang laging nagrereserve in behalf of the buyers, so sometimes there are instances na nagkakaroon ng misunderstanding on part of the client lalo pag hindi natin nafufully disclose ang ating mga housing policies. Again, UPON RESERVATION PO KASAMA PO ANG BUYER OR REPRESENTATIVE NG BUYER. Hindi po agent lang ang magrereserve.
3. Upon reservation, make sure po na may copy of IDs si client. If OFW, make sure may ID both principal buyer & Atty.-In-Fact. Paready na din po ang screenshot ng accomplished E-BIS. Only those with ready E-BIS will be accommodated. Again, ONLY THOSE WITH IDS AND SCREENSHOT OF ACCOMPLISHED EBIS (Reference Code) WILL BE ACCOMMODATED.

4. Yes po, P25,000 po ang minimum required income. Units are NOT READY FOR OCCUPANCY, so SPOT DP is not encouraged. Also, kung nagmamadali pong lumipat ang prospect client niyo, then these units are not for them. 😬
5. Di po available for viewing since we have on going construction po within that phase.
