Federal Land, Inc. together with Federal Land NRE Global Inc. and the General Trias, Cavite local government, unveiled its distinctive entry signage facing the Open Canal Interchange. It serves as a gateway to the Riverpark community and stands as a testament to the transformative journey redefining the region’s economic trajectory.

Federal Land also officially opened Riverpark Trails, a 1.8km bike trail designed to bring residents and guests together. It is highly accessible via major thoroughfares, promising families the joy of cycling and the great outdoors, all within 40 minutes from Metro Manila via SLEX, MCX, or CAVITEX.

The ceremonies were graced by General Trias, Cavite officials led by Hon. Congressman Antonio Ferrer, Representative of the 6th District of Cavite, Hon. Mayor Luis ‘Jon-Jon’ Ferrer, IV, Mayor, General Trias, Hon. Vice Mayor Jonas Glyn P. Labuguen, Vice Mayor, General Trias and Councilor Martin Ferrer together with Federal Land, Inc. and Federal Land NRE Global Inc. executives led by Federal NRE Global, Inc. Vice Chairman Yusuke Hirano, Federal Land President and COO Thomas F. Mirasol, GT Capital Holdings, Inc. EVP and CFO Francisco H. Suarez and FLI Project Development Group Head Stephen S. Comia.
