The partial opening of SLEX Toll Road 4 (TR4) is targeted by late 2026, with the first 31.6 ~km section connecting Sto. Tomas, Batangas to Tiaong, Quezon.
Travel time along the affected corridor could be reduced from around 2 hours to just 30 minutes ~bringing faster access, better connectivity, and stronger growth potential to Batangas and Quezon.
