Leuterio Realty and Brokerage and its brand, Filipino Homes, is a real estate service firm committed to protect its valued clients through professional, transparent and honest service.
For almost a decade now, Leuterio Realty and Brokerage has stood the test of time in establishing its sales leadership and position from among the realty firms in the country including tirades, and negative attacks from the very people who comprise the real estate service practice and yet, we stand out being the most awarded realty firm to date coming from real estate developers, award-giving bodies in real estate and business organizations. Such accolades would have not been possible if we have been remiss in our duties not only to our clients, to the industry we serve, but to the government and society as a whole.
Yes, our organization is not perfect, but it is not irresponsible. We can boldly assert that we are the most organized, disciplined, conscious, open, and transparent realty firm today in which no firm has ever done, namely:
1. We are the only company that has invested heavily in technology and education of our members not only to keep with the changing trends in real estate but to also help them keep up with the challenges in the industry and in life.
2. The most number of offices (36 and growing) in the Philippines that promote and invite candidates for the real estate service which undergo strict screening, pre-qualification, training and skills testing.
3. The only realty to date with diverse professionals in the real estate service from salespersons to brokers, appraisers and environmental planners.

The only realty firm that partners with experienced marketing professionals to help in conducting trainings and seminars of agents and brokers pertaining to sales and marketing, branding, personality development, leadership and sales oganization like Chris Malazarte, a business columnist of 15 years in the Freeman / Philippine Star.
3. The only realty firm that assigns operations professionals in different locations to help brokers manage their salespersons.
4. The only realty firm that has established its own handbook as operating guidelines to govern the conduct, ethics, and discipline of its own members.
5. The only realty firm that seeks to maximize the profitability of its brokers to ensure they are supplied with qualified agents to replenish the high attrition that comes in the selling profession.

The only realty firm that seriously advances the advocacy in real estate service thru the leadership and presidency of the undersigned in the Philippine Allied Chamber of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons (Philacre, Inc). It has actively also advocated for adjustments to the Resa Law a.k.a. Republic Act 9646 in which it has spoken openly abouy it with the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) and with legislators.

9. The only company that sends the most number of members to the National Association of Realtors Conference yearly in the United States to upgrade their skills to world-class standards.
