Manila-based Primeworld Land Holdings' condominium project in Cebu, Primeworld Pointe, offers 386 units of mixed one, two, and three-bedroom partitions, exquisitely designed to match its prime location in Apas, Cebu City.

The condominium project comes with a designer lobby and reception area, five floors of parking space, a pool, gym, playground, and function room.

In an appreciation gathering at Sacred Heart Center in Cebu City on July 23, 2022, Primeworld recognized realty brokerage and agents in Cebu that contributed to the early onset of the project's success.

Primeworld Pointe now has 60% of its units sold and gives a limited-time offer of an extended equity term and a P50,000 discount on the units' total package price until August 30.

The gathering was led by Sherwin Uy, Primeworld Land Holdings' chief executive, Ar. Alex Tan of Hamm-Asia Global Builders Corp, and members of PLHI's board of directors.
