In light of our Governments recent announcement on the transition of the Cebu City to Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) due to the surge of Covid-19 cases.
We would like to inform the community of the allowable essential item services / works from August 1, 2021 to August 15, 2021, in relation to the Inter Agency Task Force (IATF) Resolution No. 130-A Series of 2021
1. General Health and Safety Rules and Reminders for ALL Residents, Tenants and Administration Staff:
a. No Mask, No Entry and no one will be allowed to move around the community without a mask at the very least. Other forms of PPE’s are highly encouraged such as Face shields.
b. Proper Hygiene – washing of hands and frequent sanitation are required for all residents at all times.
c. Avoid touching surfaces around the community and avoid touching your face.
d. Everyone is subject to health inspection at the main gate by our community security.
e. Always keep social distancing in place. (at least 1meter apart)
2. Persons below 18 years old and above 60 years old, pregnant women, those with immunodeficiency comorbidities, and other health risks should remain in their homes at all times.
3. Mass gatherings, use of amenities for social events and other such groupings and gatherings, which may compromise or make ineffective the imposed practice of maintaining social distancing shall remain prohibited.
Also, indoor sports courts and exercise facilities, including gyms, whether for non-contact or contact sports or exercise, shall not be allowed to operate.
4. Allowed to go outside are those getting essential goods and services, those who work in permitted offices or establishments, and authorize persons outside of residence (APOR).
5. Visitors
a. No visitors are allowed under MECQ.
b. If in any case that you need someone to come in due to medical conditions- e.g Physical therapist, a relative due to mental illness or the likes, then please advise the Administration Office at least 2-3 days in advance for proper permits/ clearances from the Administration Office
6. Essential and Non- essential Items
a. We will follow the same guidelines and protocols for Food and Medicine deliveries. These are all allowed but only until the Guardhouse only. If you are alone and sick; our site keepers or Security guards will be the one to bring it to your doorstep.
b. All other non- essential items for delivery will be subject to the same protocol and guidelines as before. Please pick up the items at the Guardhouse.
7. Staycation and short-term leasing is not allowed during MECQ period.
8. Tripping, unit inspection, unit improvement and open houses activities are also prohibited.
9. Medically challenged and Senior Citizens living alone
a. For those who have medical conditions and living alone without any assistance, please do inform the Administration office so we can identify how we may be of service.
b. For all senior living alone; we will find ways to assist you in your online purchases for your basic needs such as food and medicines.
10. Administration Office during MECQ:
a. Office hours will be: Monday to Saturday, 8AM to 5PM.

11. ALL other restrictions and prohibitions not inconsistent with Executive Order as specified and adopted by IATF Resolution No. 130-A may be eased or retained on a case-to-case basis at the FULL discretion of the Property Management Group.
