Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI), the leading developer in the Visayas and Mindanao, has announced a landmark acquisition of a 79-hectare property in Liloan, Cebu. This development, undertaken through its joint-venture subsidiary Cebu Homegrown Developers, Inc. (CHDI) with partner Ixidor Holdings, Inc., is set to become the largest integrated township in Cebu.
Just 17.6 kilometers north of Metro Cebu, the masterplanned estate will feature a vibrant mix of residential communities, commercial centers, and lifestyle amenities. This project reinforces CLI’s growth roadmap, ensuring sustainable expansion of its landbank while meeting the robust demand for housing in the VisMin region. CLI currently has 127 projects in residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and township categories across 18 key cities in Visayas and Mindanao.
