Kindly be informed nga kung nakareserve mo nako or nakadeposit nya dili mo makacontact nako, it is a rare situation. I was in Compostela two days in a row already for cleaning up oir flooded house full of mud and debris. Just dont worry because everything is handled well, i have a staff whos name is marlyn and the reception is always have informed about my whereabouts and they will be the one to guide you and call my staff to ccomodate your move in.
