📌 Payment & Cancellation Policy
A 50% down payment is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance shall be paid once the merchandise is ready for delivery.

Order cancellation is allowed within one (1) week after the initial payment. However, if the order is canceled one week after the down payment has been made, the 50% down payment will become strictly non-refundable due to production and material costs incurred.

The release date of the merchandise will be announced once the minimum order requirement has been reached.
