So here's my explanation 👇
What are these hidden charges? Why are these not included in the sample computation?
1. Transfer charges. Depende ni sa developer. Naay uban giapil na sa tcp, naay separate bayranan.
2. Move in fees. Dili ni iapil sa sample computation kay dili fixed ang figure ani ilabi na sa pre selling pa. It may change from time to time. Mostly this includes water and electric connection, advance real property tax. Naay chances mumahal ang processing fee sa atong electric and water providers nga uncontrolled by the developer. 3. Pag ibig advances. These include MRI, fire insurance, etc. Final figure will be given by pag ibig na.
4. Bank Loan processing fee. Lahi2x ang processing fee sa bank. Si bank ang muhatag sa exact figure sa imong processing fee kung decided naka asa ka mo apply ug loan. Wa kahibaw ang developer ana.
5. Condo dues or Home owners association dues. We can only give estimated amount ani upon reservation.
6. Building insurance and real property tax. Pag condos we pay annual bldg insurance and property tax. If balay real property tax. If dili ka mubayad ana, subject for tax evasion na.
7. Membership fee. Naay condos nga aside sa condo dues, naa pay membership fee.
