Pag ibig Housing Loan 2 basic requirements for 100% Loan Approval:

1. Gross Salary Qualification: This will depend on how much is the monthly amortization. It should not exceed to 35% of the total gross salary monthly.

Ex: MA (Monthly Amortization of the house) 8,000.00 divide by 0.35 (35%) = 22,857.00/month required monthly gross salary of the client.

NOTE: up to 3 co-borrowers can merge to come up with the required gross income.

Ex:
Husband: 9,000 monthly salary
Wife: 9,000 monthly salary
Son: 5,000 monthly
Total Salary: 23,000.00/month |Qualified!!!!
