Building purposeful internship connections, Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) and iACADEMY officially sealed their partnership through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), marking the beginning of a meaningful academic-industry collaboration focused on developing future talents for Marketing, Business Development, IT, and Digitalization.

The MOA signing was held last May 22, in the presence of key school officials: Mr. Mitch M. Andaya, VP for Academic Affairs; Mr. Raphy Velmonte, College Dean; Mr. Paul John Toral, Program Coordinator; and Ms. Shella Mae Japson, External Linkages and Partnership Development Officer.

This initiative was led by CLI’s Talent Acquisition Team under June Jade Binghay-Amay, AVP for Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations, together with team leads Mark Nino Bastasa, Shanie Semblante, and Angel Egonia.

Through this partnership, aspiring Software Engineering, AB Multimedia and Design, and Real Estate Management students will gain valuable internship opportunities that bridge academic learning with real-world industry experience.

The first batch of interns is set to officially begin their internship journey this August 2026.

Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) formally sealed it’s partnership with CITE Technical Institute, Inc. through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement last May 18 - a shared commitment to education, opportunity, and nation-building.

This collaboration was made possible through the strong support and leadership of VP for Property Management and Safety & Security, Ronald Allan Uy, together with the AVP for Property Management;, Edgar Paul Satorre, and the AVP for Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations - HR, June Jade Binghay-Amay

Representing CITE Technical Institute during the MOA signing were Mr. Jose Ramiro A. Carpio Jr., President and Executive Director, and Mr. Dariel U. Lauron, Industry, Government and Community Relations Officer Director.

Through this partnership, students under the Electrical, Mechanical, and Computer Engineering programs are given meaningful internship opportunities that bridge classroom learning with real-world experience.

The first batch of 11 Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology interns officially started last May 2 under CLI’s Property Management Department - a proud step toward empowering future professionals through values-driven learning and purposeful careers.

Together, CLI and CITE continue to build not just structures, but brighter futures.
