Urban Rise 28 (formerly Rise 23 Properties & Development Corporation) would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that we are fully committed to ensuring that our development processes meet all required government regulations and permit standards.
Prior to the date Sunstar Cebu published the article pertaining to Urban Rise 28 on 13 February 2025, Urban Rise 28 already communicated and continuously expressed its willingness to abide by the ruling of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Regional Office 7 (DHSUD-R7) to comply with the requirements and to pay the corresponding penalties to be covered personally by Urban Rise 28’s own expense.
To give you an update, we are actively working in close collaboration with local authorities for us to successfully acquire the following:
▪️Preliminary Site Development Plan Approval and Development Permit from the Office of the City Planning and Development Coordinator – Lapu-Lapu City, and
▪️Registration and License to Sell from the DHSUD-R7.
Urban Rise 28 ensures all its home-buyers that Urban Rise 28’s Aqua Homes project complies with the relevant laws, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines.
