➡️Available parking space outside the house is limited to 1 small car or motorcycle.
➡️ Pets are allowed, but if there are damages caused by the pet such as scratches on the walls, the renter must pay for the damages.

How to get there:
➡️ from “Eskina Garden Bloom” of the main north road, naay motor na habal-habal or tricycle masakyan going to subdivision but dili always available
📄Terms and Conditions
🔴Deposit: One month advance, and 2 months deposit
- ONE (1) month advanced deposit shall be applied as rent for the 1st month and the remaining
- TWO(2) months deposit shall be used to pay for damages and any other obligations such as water bill, electricity bill, and subdivision monthly dues.
🔴For long-term rental minimum of 1 year contract
