Am looking for an IT support staff.

Required skills/qualifications:

- IT, Computer Science or Engineering graduate
- Strong knowledge in computer hardware, printers
very good in troubleshooting, network, etc..
- Knows how to install operating systems
- Familiar with popular OS, Linux
- Familiar with CISCO devices such as routers, catalyst
switch, pix firewall, IP phones, network troubleshooting
- Familiar with radios such as Ubiquiti, NanoStation, etc...
- Ideally, must have some exposure with Oracle E-Business
suite, Oracle database
- good moral character, quick learner
- Willing to travel
- Must be able to start asap
- Peferably with motorcycle/vehicle
- Salary is negotiable

DOCUMENATION AND REGISTRATION

A. Documentation & Processes involved in securing a listing

1. Inspect the Property

2. Get the Necessary Documents from the Seller

* Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT/CCT)
* Tax Declaration (lot improvement)
* Lot plan/vicinity map/subdivision plan/floor plan, whichever is applicable
* Official receipt of the latest payment of Real Estate Tax
* Valid id with picture and signature of the seller
* Tax Identification Number(TIN)/CTC of seller
* Special Power of Attorney, if seller is not available to sign the documents

3. Evaluate the Documents Submitted

4. Get a Written Authority from the Seller and Obtain the following from the proper government agencies
* TCT/CCT - certified true copy
* Tax Declaration (lot/improvement) - certified true copy
* Certificate of No-improvement if the property is a vacant lot
* Property Tax Clearance

5. Verify if the seller is subject to the following:

* VAT
* Business TAx
* CWT
* Capital Gains TX

6. Get a Letter of Authority to sell from the owner

it should indicate:
- exclusivity or non-exclusivity to sell the property
- description of the property
- selling price
- broker's fee
- expenses to be shouldered by the seller and the buyer
- expiration of authority to sell the property
- hold-over clause

7. Submit Written Computation of Expenses to be shouldered
by the Seller
