Urgent hiring for ASST. PROPERTY MANAGER
We are looking for qualified individuals who has good eye for details, can provide exceptional customer care and willing to commute between managed properties.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , (Prefèrrably graduates of Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or any Business course)
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Assist the Property Management Head to ensure that all departments’ goals will be accomplished accordingly & closely coordinate with all Subdivision different departments.
2) Oversee the operations of the Subdivision/Commercial/Site in accordance with this Corporate Process, policies, rules and regulations;
3) Participate in the creation, review, modification and revision of departmental strategies, operational procedures, policy development and this corporate process. Provide recommendations thereof to improve the same.
4) Review all pertinent documents of Property Management and forward them to the Property Management Head for approval, if deemed necessary.
5) Check and review all documents related to:
a. Improvement/Repair works and Housing Project such as but not limited to contractor’s proposal/bid, plans and accomplishment reports.
b. Clients/buyer applications such as but not limited to construction clearance, structure application both for residential and commercial utilities application both for permanent and temporary facilities.
c. Funds and finances such as but not limited to construction bonds, revolving fund, cash advances, replenishment, proper fund usage and may implements rules to improve collection of association dues.
d. Clients / buyer complaints and other related queries pertaining to clients’ acquired / purchased property. Maintain good rapport and ensure the best service in providing customer satisfaction.
6) Diligently monitor all activities of Administrators assigned in different areas, inspecting and implementing all SOPs.
7) Assist the Property Management Head to ensure that all provisions on the Deed of Restriction of the subdivision are properly implemented and coordinate with the Legal Department in the decision making for correct and suitable penalty for every violation of the Deed.
8) Collect and review reports from the Administrators, consolidate and forward them to the Property Management Head when instructed.
9) Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
