Minglanilla Techno Business Park is a 100-hectare property envisioned to be a World-Class mixed-use township. About the Project
Minglanilla Techno Business Park (MINGMORI) is a 100-hectare reclamation project composed of two islands separated by a 30-M wide channel located in the coastal roads of Barangay Tulay, Calajo-an and Tungkil Minglanilla. The reclamation project will be transformed into a techno-business park with a fully-integrated port facility. There is also an opportunity to integrate commercial, industrial, civic and recreation uses to create a more vibrant, self-sustaining, and supportive environment.

Minglanilla Techno Business Park (MINGMORI) is part of Metro Cebu and shall align with the road map to achieve the 2050 vision of enhancing the region’s competitiveness, providing convenient transportation networks, and creating a pleasing working environment. This project is only 5 km away from the South Growth Center of Naga City. In the future, the techno hub shall be a catalyst project spearheading the transformation of the southern region’s growth and development.
