Even with global issues, higher costs, and economic uncertainty, Philippine real estate continues to show strength.
Why?
Because people still need homes. Families still want security. OFWs still want something solid back home. Expats and retirees are still looking at the Philippines as a place to live, return to, or invest in.
Residential property prices grew 4.5% year-on-year, and the real estate sector remained one of the stronger growth areas in the economy. That says a lot.
A good reminder for buyers:
Do not wait only for perfect conditions. Perfect conditions rarely come.
Instead, look for the right property, in the right location, at the right price, with payment terms you can handle.
For sellers and developers, demand is still there. But buyers today are smarter. They want value, location, access, and long-term use.
Real estate remains one of the clearest ways to build wealth slowly and wisely.
