Issued by the Cebu City Planning and Development Office, the permit formally recognizes 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 — 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞 2 as an approved subdivision project located in 𝐋𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐜-𝐚𝐧, 𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐥𝐚𝐚𝐧. The approval covers a land area of approximately 24,906 𝐬𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 and outlines a planned to total of 165 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐬.
