◙ What makes this project highly investable?
▬ A property that is situated in a highland with a great view of both the mountains of Cebu and the Cebu harbor & the neighboring islands (Mactan & Olango for instance) is considered a prime property. Take the case of properties in Maria Luisa Estates and Monterrazas de Cebu, two of the few "elitist" or "uppish" subdivisions in Metro Cebu. With San Josemaria Village lots, you may own one for as low as Php 7,000 per square meter, the most affordable subdivision lots to date (September 2011) in Talisay City.
▬ San Josemaria Village, though is sitting on a crest of a mountain in Barangay Maghaway, Talisay City, has flat or non-sloping lots as the site is developed into a plateau. Thus, building a house is easier as the house won't have to be built on either a downhill or an uphill slope.
▬ Though is sitting on a hillcrest, the road leading to the subdivision is no difficult road to take. No 45-degree slope your car has to take when going to the site. No roller-coaster feeling in the stomach when going down.

▬ Anytime between September to November 2011 or right before the influx of Overseas Filipino Workers and tourists in Cebu which usually starts during the Christmas holiday season and the Sinulog in the following year. ▐ Jeff Jao, Jerol Goyone & Melissa Alcomendras have completed the Real Estate CPE (Continuing Professional Education) Seminar held at Sacred Heart Center, Cebu City last July 10th and 17th, 2010. They finished 2 sessions and each earned 18 CPE units of which is a little over than what the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) required among real estate salespersons.
Jeff Jao also has earned additional 16 CPE units after completing the Trainors' Training under Master Trainor Jun Garing held last June 14th to 17th, 2011. After attending the Exsell 2011 last June 24th, 2011 at Radisson Blu Hotel, Cebu City, an additional 8 CPE units were credited to Jeff earning him a total of 42 CPE units thus far.
Meanwhile, Heide Amante-Jao, Leilani Raotraot-Nacua and Maricel Elder have earned 12 CPE units after attending the Real Estate CPE Seminar held last 3rd and 4th of September 2010 at Sacred Heart Center also in Cebu City.
