HIRING CIVIL ENGINEER
Job Qualifications:
Education & Licensure:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (required).
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
Experience:
*Relevant experience in civil engineering design, construction, and maintenance projects.
*Proven track record in technical design and drafting (e.g., site development, roads, drainage, water systems, etc.).
*Hands-on experience in construction supervision and quality assurance.
Technical Skills:
*Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD, SAP2000, ETABS).
*Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools is a plus.
*Knowledge of local and international codes and standards (e.g., ACI, AASHTO, ASTM, Eurocodes).
*Ability to prepare technical drawings, cost estimates, and construction plans.
Project Management:
*Ability to manage projects from conceptual design through construction and maintenance phases.
*Experience with scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
*Strong understanding of project lifecycle, permitting processes, and site inspections.
Soft Skills:
*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
*Team player with the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
*Attention to detail and high level of organizational skills.
Other Requirements:
*Willingness to travel to job sites and work under field conditions.
*Knowledge of safety standards and practices in construction.

*8 hour shift
*Supplemental Pay:
*13th month salary
