Did you know that much of today’s Cebu Business Park was formerly the Club Filipino golf course? The property was acquired by Ayala in the late 1980s, and Cebu Business Park was launched in 1989 as a 50-hectare master-planned development.

The first building to rise in the business park was the 9-story Cebu Holdings Center. Then came Ayala Center Cebu in 1994 and the Marriott Hotel in 1997, setting the stage for the high-rise development we see today.

Today, Cebu’s vertical growth extends well beyond Cebu Business Park, with major concentrations around Cebu IT Park, Midtown Cebu, Fuente, and SRP.

From a golf course and low-rise cityscape to a growing forest of towers, Cebu keeps going up! 🌆📈
