Hiring for Accounting Clerk Supervisor to be assigned in RuralNet, Inc. Cebu Branch

Qualifications:

3-5 years work experience in accounting with a portion of it being in a supervisory role
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
Has strong knowledge in general accounting principles and audit standards
Highly analytical, keen on details, organized, and can handle multiple tasks.
Has experience in preparing Financial Statements and Trial Balances is an advantage.

Duties and responsibilities:

1.Custodian of Insurance Partner's SLA

To make sure proper commercial implementation as stipulated on Partners SLA.
To make sure proper implementation of applicable Taxes as stipulated on Partner's SLA.

2.Monitoring and recording of transactions as follows;
Accounts Receivables
Accounts Payables
Bank Reconciliations
Funding Request
Wallet monitoring

3.Monitoring and recording of Tax-related transactions as follows:
Output VAT
Input VAT
Withholding Tax

4.Responsible for the issuance of the following:
Official Receipt
BIR form 2307

5.Responsible for the Settlement of A/R - A/P Accounts as follows:
Insurance Partner
Remittance Partner
Bills Payment Service Provider
Member Cooperatives
Member Bank
Member Non-Bank Financial Institutions

6.Submission of Various Monthly Reconciliation Reports and Interim Management Financial Statements.

Reconciliation Statements for Sales, VAT vs ITR
Reconciliation of Various Wallets vs. General Ledger Balance
Submission of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements

7. Other tasks may be assigned by Management from time to time.

-Coordinates with accounting for processing of Cash Advances and Liquidation of all employees.
-Orders office supplies and maintains inventory of stocks.
-Coordinates with suppliers for quotations and production of marketing materials.
-Prepares Request for Payment to company suppliers, utilities, and reimbursements.
-Carry out administrative duties such as filing, encoding, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
-Facilitates hotel reservations and conference room bookings for visitors and employees.
-Answer telephone calls for company-related general inquiry.
-Coordinates request for repairs and maintenance to equipment suppliers.
Follow up with accounting for timely crediting of cash advances for travels and operation support.
-Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
