Why after many years of working some are not yet financially stable or lets say not yet on their way to becoming a millionaire. The thing is its not because they are not earning, its not because they earn less or minimum wage, its not because they were not saving money in fact 95% of Filipinos are trying to save.
The ultimate reason is we fail to put our savings to a place where we will be disciplined not to withdraw them and use for something we don't really need.
Putting your savings to alkansiya, to atm, to stock market where you can always access and make withdrawal is tantamount to not saving at all.
Savings are meant to be forgotten. Savings are meant to be long term. Savings are meant to take care for us when our body is not capable to do make money anymore.
Invest on Money Machines that will print you money monthly, double your money in 3-4yrs time and money machines that will duplicate your money in due time.
Invest regularly for a downpayment stage only in Real Estate. There are houses that starts at 2,500/month and let it be rented for 5-6k/month. Earn while you are still paying in Pag ibig or in Bank. Don't be afraid.
I think your family won't die if you will temporarily deduct downpayment monthly/savings from your salary. Anyway its only up to 1 or 2yrs.
Even if your salary is 10-12k/month becoming a millionaire is not impossible. Just a little sacrifice and open the door of your most beautiful life after couple of years.
