Felix and Sabina Dormitory At Sabina Dormitory, you will feel at home... The location is also within 15 minutes from the city center. The dorm rooms can accommodate 2-4 persons per room.

Sabina Dormitory is a three-storey building composed of 43 dorm rooms and 15 private rooms that caters to students in nearby universities and young professionals. The dorm is located in a quaint neighborhood with access to both Katipunan and Tres De Abril, 2 of major roads of Labangon. Occupants of these rooms have to use a communal comfort room/bathroom located on in each floors. Each floor has 5

private rooms that can occupy 1-3 persons. These rooms have it's own bathroom/comfort room. The dorm has two main staircases and 2 fire exits. It has a communal room and a canteen inside. The dorm also has security personnel to insure the safety of the occupants.

Kindly fill up the residents' information sheet. Indicate also your room number, and submit 2 1x1 picture. The information sheets will be available starting Monday, July 1, 2013 at the guard's desk. Once you fill up the needed information kindly return it to the guard. All information sheets must be submitted before July 7, 2013. Thank you for your compliance.
