What amenities or facilities do we have available?
- Free electricity * and water

Exceptions:
* - Electricity is free, but rooms with Air-conditioners are charged per meter reading. A meter reading is done per month or before checking out, in the case of transient tenants.
** - Single Deluxe - Aircon rooms have a bathroom with toilet inside.

Why should you stay with us?
We’re only a few meters from the main road for easy access to public transportation (jeepney, taxi, tricycle, trisikad)
It only takes one ride to Colon (11A jeepney), where you can ride jeepneys to malls like SM City Cebu and Ayala Center Cebu or to places like IT Park, Cebu Business Park, and Fuente Osmeña.

We’re only a short walking distance from the public market, barangay hall, church, eateries, bakeries, salons, pharmacies, and other shops offering basic commodities and services.

Do we have any rules or restrictions?
- The rooms are strictly for ladies only.
- No pets are allowed in the vicinity.
- We do not assent to infants and children residing in the apartment.
- No visitors can enter the premises unless otherwise allowed by the management. Nevertheless, only female guests are given permission to visit.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive and unreasonable noise generated is highly discouraged as the tenants inside have different waking hours due to their respective school or work schedules.
- The books on the bookshelf by the stairs below the kitchen are for common use. Please return any books borrowed after reading.
Cook only for personal consumption. Using the stoves provided to cook food to sell either inside or outside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
- Clean as you go. Do not leave your trash in the areas for common use. Wash the cookware, dishes, and utensils you use in the kitchen after eating.
- Turn the lights off after using the amenities for common use such as the toilets, shower rooms, kitchen and dining area, and laundry area.
- If you will be going out of the apartment and know that you may not be back for several hours, check if any personal devices like cell phones, tablets, and laptops are left charging. Make sure to unplug such devices before leaving the apartment.
- Strictly no sleeping in the lounge area.

What are our payment terms?
1 month advance - 1 month deposit
half the chosen room’s rate as reservation fee (if you wish to have a room reserved prior to checking in) valid for 2 weeks, to be deducted from your first month’s due rent (non-refundable upon cancellation)

Can your Double Rooms accommodate more than 2 people?
Our Double Rooms can accommodate up to 3 people. We will be charging an extra fee for the third person. A third bed will also be added to the Double Room which is already furnished with 2 beds.

Do we accept transient boarders? If so, how much are the rates?
- Please send us a PM for daily or weekly rates.
For airconditioned rooms, a fee for aircon usage will be charged on top of the daily or weekly rental fees. The rate will depend on the frequency of usage as our airconditioners have electric meters. A meter reading will be done when the tenant is scheduled to check out.

Do we have any electronics add-on fees?
Laptop - 150 / month
Desktop PC - 200 / month
Rice Cooker - 300 / month
Coffee Maker - 300 / month
Note: We do not allow the bringing of refrigerators, regardless of size.

How do you get here?
We are located in Inayawan, Cebu City and also just a walking distance to and from the Inayawan Public Market. Once you get to the market, look for signages with “Murillo Furniture”. Follow the directions and, when you get to the factory’s gate, just inform the security guard that you wish to view the rooms for rent.

There are several ways to get here:
Taxi - Just tell the driver to drop you off at “Murillo’s Export” in Inayawan. The landmark to get to the area is the Inayawan Public Market. Signages with “Murillo Furniture” can be found nearby.

Do you allow site visits? If so, what days and times are you open for viewing?
We are open for viewing during Mondays - Sundays at 8:00 am to 10:00pm. If you are unavailable during these days and times or wish to make a visit during holidays, please schedule an appointment with us at least a day before.
