Grateful and humbled to be recognized as one of the Top 4 Property Specialists for the 2nd Quarter (April–June 2026).

This award came as an unexpected blessing from God.

I also believe in giving credit where credit is due. Thank you to my manager Analou Bacalso for sharing this recognition with me.

To our clients, thank you for your continued trust and confidence.

And to Team Ascend, thank you for the encouragement and teamwork. Here’s to achieving even more together.

To God be all the glory. 🙏

One year ago today, I said yes to a career that completely changed my life.

What many people don’t know is that before becoming a Luxury Property Specialist, I was carrying fears that held me back for years.

I was afraid of rejection.
Afraid of talking to strangers.
Afraid of being ignored.
Afraid of being judged.
Afraid of failure.
And deep inside, I questioned whether I was truly good enough.

Through inner work, countless uncomfortable conversations, and choosing courage over fear every single day, I slowly became a different person.

Today, I have the privilege of representing Shang Bauhinia Residences, where luxury isn’t just about exceptional homes…it’s about delivering an exceptional experience.

As your Luxury Property Specialist, my role goes beyond selling a residence.

I’m here to understand your goals, answer your questions honestly, guide you through every option, and make your journey…from your first showroom visit to turnover…as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Because buying a home is one of life’s biggest decisions, and I believe you deserve someone who will genuinely look after your best interests.

This past year has reminded me that growth begins the moment we choose courage over comfort.

Thank you to everyone who trusted me to be part of your real estate journey.

Here’s to another year of serving with excellence, building meaningful relationships, and helping more people find a place they’re proud to call home.

See you at Shang Bauhinia. 🤍
